How to Include Coffee into your Skincare Regime!

If you are like us, then you are constantly searching for ways in which to further include coffee into your everyday life. We have been searching the web and found a number of ways in which we believe that coffee can become a great addition to your beauty regime.

Make a Coffee Scrub

Mix finely ground coffee with coconut oil to create a thick paste. Gently rub the ground on both your face and body to exfoliate dead skin cells. Leave your skin feeling smooth and smelling great!

Use as Exfoliant for your Hair

Ground coffee makes a great exfoliant for your scalp! Twice a week massage used grounds into your hair and scalp before shampooing to remove unwanted build up. Be careful though if you have lighter coloured hair as coffee can stain your hair too!

Eye De- Puffer

Apply coffee grounds or a coffee saturated cotton pad to the eyelid and leave for a few minutes. The caffeine increases circulation, which in effect will de puff your eyes!

Coffee Hair Dye

Coffee makes the best natural hair dye. Combine really strong black coffee such as BeanGiving Espresso Blend, with all natural conditioner and 2 tablespoons of coffee grounds. Apply the mixture onto your hair and leave for 1 hour, this has to be one of the best natural hair dyes out!
